Hi Guys,

Most of our Penrose operations will be closing 3pm on Friday to cope with the Rugby World Cup traffic. The contact centre will remain open with reduced staffing until around 4:30 depending on call volumes. We’ll also be having a BBQ and performing the Haka out front from 2pm so feel free to join us and begin the world cup festivities. Have a great night and look after each other everyone. GO THE AB’S!

1/09/11 3:55 pm Our Penrose head office is currently experiencing an outage of all Internet and phone systems. This affects all incoming and outgoing phone calls, our job booking and tracking site, all email communications and is also affecting systems at our remote branches. It appears to be an issue with Telecom affecting multiple sites in the Penrose area. We’ll keep you updated as more information comes to hand.
