Meet the team

Hi, I'm the founder and Managing Director of Service Plus.

Born and raised in rural Hawkes Bay, I have a unique view of technology service in New Zealand.  We have a small market but our customers are well educated and demanding.  So we need inventive methods to ensure those expectations are met and exceeded.

I have a 3 main roles in the company:
  • Primarily, I ensure all our customers get exceptional customer service as I believe that is the essential element of Service Plus
  • As Managing Director I am responsible for the overall governance and strategic direction of the company
  • I focus on growing the business and building relationships in my Business Development role 
My vision for Service Plus is to be the most customer oriented electronic service company in Australasia.  I love hearing how we are doing so please feel free to complete our surveys or do reviews on our various social media sites.

Operations Manager
 
I’m the operations manager at Service Plus and responsible for overseeing operations for our branches in Auckland, Wellington, and Christchurch.
 
Originally from South Africa, I have moved to New Zealand in 2007. My background is within the GSM (Global System for Mobile Communications) industry  where I held management leadership roles such as Operations Director, Operations Manager, General Manager, and Technical Services Manager.

I have also recently completed my MSc Degree studies in Operations and Supply Chain Management to compliment my professional work experience.
 
My role at Service Plus is primarily focused on the following Operations Performance Objectives
  • Quality: Providing  superior/innovative services aimed at exceeding customer expectation.
  • Speed: Reduce delays and speed-up the process for handling a repair or replacement to ensure the “downtime” is minimal for our customers.
  • Dependability: Deliver our service according to our customers' expectations, as promised.
  • Flexibility: Ensuring that we are able and capable to respond according to a dynamic market environment.
  • Cost: Providing a cost effective solution for end users and manufacturers.
