Customer Services Officer / Driver

Service Plus is expanding and we are now seeking a customer services officer / driver to join our Wellington service team. We are committed to delivering industry leading service excellence.
Reporting to the Branch Manager, your duties are split between a customer services role, and driving our delivery van performing pick-ups and drop-offs. If a technical aptitude is shown, training may be provided in technical service work also.
Other duties will include:
• Providing face to face or over the phone technical support & customer service;
• Answering technical & service status inquiries from end-user customers;
• Other day to day & ad hoc duties in the service centre Successful applications must have a full, clean New Zealand drivers license.
The following traits and skills are highly regarded:
• Current or expired Apple service certification;
• Basic knowledge of computers and other equipment with disassembly & assembly skills;
• Knowledge of web based service tools, warranty and ordering systems;
• Excellent problem solving skills with a technical background;
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent manner & communication skills;
• Self motivated, able to work hard with minimum supervision;
• Able to work under pressure to meet company productivity goals;
• Minimum 3 years New Zealand work experience and current New Zealand work permit.
