"No Surprises" Policy

200464573_001_1.jpgService Plus has a "No Surprises" policy to ensure that customers are fully aware of the costs before work is undertaken. There are three concepts behind this:


1. Minimum and Maximum Service Fees

Minimum Fee: For non-warranty work, Service Plus applies a minimum service fee to diagnose the repair, and prepare a quote. If you choose not to continue with the work, you only need to pay the minimum fee ($85.00 + GST).

Maximum Fee: Some software and configuration issues can take many hours to resolve. Consequently, Service Plus has a ceiling to the labour charges that can apply on general service work. By doing so, we insure customers from those horrendous labour charges that can be applied by other service centres.


2. Flat Rates for Common Work

Service Plus has a matrix of standard charges that apply for the most common types of jobs. Therefore, you can be told how much the job will cost before booking.


3. Warranty

Service Plus guarantees its work for 3 months from the date of service. Therefore, you can have confidence that the job will be resolved to your satisfaction.
