Service Plus LIVE! is the interactive part of our website. The system accesses our job tracking database directly so you get "up to the minute" information, LIVE!
From here you can:
Book a service job/incident on-line
Track an existing Service Plus job/incident
Log in as a regular customer to view jobs, prepare reports, or book a new job
Email Updates
Service Plus also provides automatic email updates on the progress of jobs within the system. So it doesn't matter how you wish to be informed, we can do it.
**NEW - TXT Updates
Service Plus has now implemented a comprehensive TXT updating and tracking service to allow you to get live information about your job from anywhere. This service is available to all Service Plus customers at no charge as part of the Service Plus LIVE! suite of services.
The features include notification of job booking, notification of job progress and completion, and customer initiated live job progress statuses.
