Not only does Service Plus have the technical staff and resources to handle physical repairs to the highest standard, it also has the online processes and procedures to manage the often complex interrelationships between retailers, insurers and product manufacturers – quickly, easily and accurately.
Service Plus is the preferred repair logistics solution for all Dick Smith stores around the country. During 2010, Sony appointed Service Plus as its exclusive service provider in the Auckland region through the new Sony Service Centre which is operated by Service Plus.
